Yes, I figured that out because I have great GCSEs and A Levels. I'm just saying the reference itself, although it works for swinging, presupposes some knowledge of those qualifications in order to understand the pun.

Yes, it's an older phrase that you won't remember if you weren't exposed to the seedy world of organised casual sex at the time.

It was often used in newspaper contact ads before the internets were invented.

There were other common terms but I can't remember them.
