helping gf relax for her ogasm

Hi there,

As the subject suggests my gf has told me that with me and her past boyfriends shes always found it difficult to relax when she has an orgasm and not cumming as she would like to.

What usually happens is that just before she orgams her body spasms and tightens up which makes it hard for her to relax and doesn't know how to stop her body from having these spasms.

Was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to help her relax.

Just an idea and i'm sorry if i'm wrong but i get the feeling from your profile that she is unaware of what you do on here

Women are very perceptive and she may not be relaxing as much as she should if she suspects you are playing away

That happens to me too but it is the start of me having an orgasm. All my muscles spasm and sometimes gives me cramp and on occasions I have kicked someone in the throws of a good one!

Just looked it up in the Urban Dictionary...

The little death is translation from the French "la petite mort", a popular reference for a sexual orgasm. The term has been broadly expanded to include specific instances of blacking out after orgasm and other supposed spiritual releases that come with orgasm.

really enjoyed this thread, made me relive a few orgasms to analyse. Yes I think the tension is needed at first and then at a certain point you can just feel it's gonna go. Dunno about relaxing during though, I think focussing on the feeling is more to the point. Relaxing is something you need for activities to begin in my opinion, then the excitement and tension mount.

Guess everyone is different though. ho hum

Women like men can have a "challenge" with a full orgasm for a number of reasons, however unlike men it isn't so obvious (erection issues, or rather doesn't).
