"skoda superb , like a mercedes or bmw to drive . the skoda yeti also came first on top gear my superb really is a superb bit of kit ." That good?! That you compare it with a Merc and BMW.. and not with the likes of Mazda 6, Passat, ingigna etc..

"Looking to get a low profile and sensible car.. does anybody own one of these?" I would steer clear of the doblo and kangoo. The Yeti is an all round well built reliable vehicle. It constantly receives positive reports from motorist journalists/organisations and i have a few aquaintances that own one and regularly rave about their economy and reliabilty

"We have a yeti through the motability scheme for my disabled mum. It is fantastic. We have an automatic and the gear change is so smooth you hardly notice it. Only a 1.2l engine but you wouldn't know, it has plenty of power and oomph. Fuel economy is great. If I had to pick anything I don't like about it i would say the interior mirror is a little small. With it being a motability car we get a new one every 3 years, we've had our yeti for 18 months. When the time comes to get a new car we plan on having another yeti rather than looking at anything else." You can buy the larger clip on mirrors if that's any help to you at all? I'm guessing it's probably got an auto dimming mirror on it though which you won't want to lose right?

We did get a larger clip on mirror - I like to see out of the entire back window and not half of it!
