"Had the new virgin v6 box and internet hub, did a quick search on goggle, looks like it is a common problem, the idiots have sent the wrong power supply for the hub, I have two adaptors for the tv box, now the adaptor for the old internet box is the correct connection, but is safe to use on the new box, it has a 12v output I don't want to blow the new hub, and I cant get to speak to anyone from virgin, no option to speak to a real person If more powerful then no plus the polarity needs to match. Easier would be to use the old hub until sorted. If all else fails go to the I want to leave option on 150 number. I think one of those eventually gets you to a person who then wants to book someone to come out to you. You then wait in for 6 hours for them to come at the end of that slot. | |||
