Is it true that people's view change with age? If so do they change in a good way or not good way?

I think that views can change the more we experience in life but that is not neccessary down to age.

My core belief of views has altered due to things I went through when I was younger and they are still rooted into who I am.

So I think it's more experience than age

Wouldn't experience come with age?

Not really I work with vulnerable groups.of people and the experience they have had at a young age would.make your toes curl.

Experience comes from all aspects of life. I know older people who have had very little life experience

You would hope so, but there are those who go through life and experience very little or who are not open minded enough to allow there experiences to change their views

I think the older you get the more you get like your parents and you end up thinking just like them. I used to get really embaressed by my dad when I was younger going into shops and stuff now I'm exactly like him be it a watered down version x

I agree with other poster, it isn't directly linked to age.

Even if you change your mind about anything, even within an hour, you could say it was because you were older.

But as she they said, i know some much older people whw have lead a very very sheltered life, and some younger people who haven't. It's experience, not age. (But while you need some time to get experience, some people need a lot of time)

Travel really opens the mind.

I know a few pensioners that have never left the uk and get all their info from the bbc and daily express, it's quite frightening how gullible they are. (They don't go out, or answer the door after dark because gangs are running the streets now)

Worcester

Yes

The older we have gotten the less we care what others think.

In layman’s terms we no longer give a s**t.

Can’t be doing with today’s mamby pamby BS and wish people would grow up.
