Why is it, that you see a profile that you think deserves a message, so you read the profile, yes you qualify in their search so you compose a nice message, send a face piccy as requested in their profile, and wait. And wait, and then, yes they’ve read your message, so you wait, and wait...........nothing.

I was brought up to be polite and reply to people, why is it most people on here are so pig ignorant and rude, and so far up their own arse they cannot see daylight!

Every single stall seller thinks they're selling something "nice".

So each of them are shouting at you to buy something from their stall.

Do you stop at every single one and reply to them?

This is what it's like for ladies on this site.

It literally says in the site rules that no reply means they're not interested.

Women can get over 100 messages every day. Do you really expect them to spend 2 mins replying to each one? That's nearly three hours of their day.

Please stop being so entitled, and try to think of this from other people's point of view.

Sometimes actually a lot of the time many people here get so many messages that’s its pretty difficult to reply to each and everyone. I try to but it’s not always easy. And sometimes I’ve replied to a message with Just thank you and then I get a I abused from a height.

Different rules apply on fab..

No reply usually means no interest so once you realise youre not going to a response just move on, or block and move on so you dont try it again at some point.

There are too many rude people on here who don't reply to my messages!

It's not rude not to reply.

Some ladies and couples get hundreds of messages a day so it simply isn't possible for them to reply to everyone. If you don't get a response, you should assume they aren't interested. If you're getting a lot of "no-replies" then you should consider your profile and the messages you send. Are they giving the right message? Are you standing out from the thousands of other guys on here?

just because you send a message its not a contractural aggreement they have to reply .

Take it as a no thanks i/we are not interested.

its nothing to do with manners ,it means there not interested.

bit like all those missed ppi callson your phone ,im sure you dont answer every call and say no thanks ..if your not interested in something be it phone call,junk mail, etc etc you dont answer/reply right .

Honestly OP, if it gets you as cross as it appears perhaps Fab just isn’t the vessel for you. Why not go to a club or organised social, it’s a lot easier to connect with people face-to-face than via the Internet.

Don't let it get you down.

I do try to reply to all mine-I currently have 15 waiting to be looked at-but I don't allow many people to message me in the first place.

When you do catch someone's eye, you know she is right for you.

I have to admit I am having a chuckle about the OP qualifying to meet certain members. I tend to reply these days with a reason why I don't want to meet members, I am quite sure some of them won't like it. I put things like

"Sorry there is only 1 line of text on your profile"

"You're too far away"

Not entirely sure where you think lying will get you - the best thing you can do if you want to get replies (and even then there are no guarantees) is make sure you have the best profile you can possibly write that shows you in a positive light and makes you stand out, telling people about you, what you're looking for and can offer - back it up with decent pics that show you off.

When you contact people do so with respect and consideration and not the slightest hint of entitlement, all without any expectation of a reply, so when you do get one it's a nice bonus.

Get along to organised socials and clubs, and consider getting more involved in the forums - which are all great ways to get to know people and get yourself known.

Ultimately your chances of "success" in this site are in your hands to a large extent so you have to look at how you can maximise those chances without having any expectations
