North Bucks

What are you worried about specifically?

I don’t like the bit at the airport. The moment I’m in my seat on the plane I’m good to go.

To combat this I pay for baggage, upgrade everything and arrive at the airport early so I can sale through check in and security.

I then chill in departures.

I find this over preparation helps me stay level.

I got so bad at one point that I couldn't even leave the house without double checking every door, window, the taps … in the end i wouldn't bother going... my GP referred me for counselling, and the counsellor hypnotised me.... since then I have never looked back (much less checked anything)

Holifay was an example

Overall in my life these days I tend to overthink every thing and worry about things theres no need to worry about.

the more it builds up the worse I feel..
