Yes, the south west section is my favourite, but the whole thing is only a couple of miles. There's also a convenient coffe shop half way round..

Lucky you! We really should go back. We loved York Minster too, found it very interesting going down under the ground.

Lucky you! We really should go back. We loved York Minster too, found it very interesting going down under the ground. "

You should do the ghost walk that meets outside the Kings Arms on an evening, it's really interesting and you see a lot of hidden parts of the city centre

This reminds me of when I was walking the walls in Chester and I got that feeling that someone was close behind me and wanted to get by. So I moved to one side and turned round, no one there.

Couple of hundred yards further along same thing happened, felt someone was right behind me and I needed to move out of their way. Again no one there.

Bright sunny day but it properly spooked me.

It was nice thanks. I did the whole route. I didn't get accosted by any feisty fab Yorkshire lasses though..Maybe I should go round again to give them a fighting chance?....
