Ive just found the brilliance of pod casts (I know I know well behind the times).

Can anyone recommend any good ones?

The true geordie

The best damp podcast in the world, Robbie Williams is a massive fan and been on, opened up a bit more than anyone thought he would, and the Keiron Dyer one was brilliant

I like the infinite monkey cage which is from radio for, and in our time with Melvyn Bragg from radio 4.

I also like the 'how stuff works' podcasts, though they're American. My favourite two are 'stuff you should know', and 'stuff they don't want you to know'.

I'd also recommend the app librivox, which is free audiobooks. Mostly very old books, such as sherlock Holmes or classics by H G Wells or Jules Verne, but most are well worth a listen.

OP it depends what you're looking for. If you like weird things - and who doesn't - try "Lore" and "The Conspirators". Both feature real life stories with a strange or creepy theme (Consp Episode 17 "The Beast" is my favourite ). The Black Tapes is excellent, a very professional series along the lines of the X Files. Really creepy.

Welcome to Night Vale is.... Strange, but very addictive.
