Is it just me that seems to send messages without even a polite rebuff reply? How hard is it to simply type not interested and hit enter? Far too many poorly mannered people

Some people get thousands of messages dude.. Its impossible to reply to everyone.

You are aware that any profile you reply to is the exempt from any future filters you apply?

Not everyone doesn't reply. Plenty of us do, to every message however silly, rude or lame.

The thing is the site has made it clear that no response means 'no thanks'.

Stop looking at your sent mailbox, send the message and forget about it... if you get a reply its a nice bonus.

So you've found the forums but not managed to read the hundreds of other threads on this topic?

If you can't be arsed to see if this has been discussed before, why do you expect others to reply to hundreds of brief crappy messages demonstrating no specific interest in the recipient or reflecting any understanding of their profile?

Also, a polite reply doesn't always work. Some want to know why you are not interested, and Some can get abusive. Not everyone does that, but you can't know which ones will accept the rejection and not take it personally. It's really not worth the stress
