"Any suggestions how to keep hair dry when swimming. I know swimming caps help but they're difficult to put on, squash your face and give you a headache. " They come in different sizes. But you're best off staying away from the tight rubber ones. Failing that shave your head lol | |||

"The trick with swimming hats is to rinse and air-dry them after use, and put a little talc inside them, to stop the rubber sticking to itself. Take care not to use too much powder!" Thank you.  | |||

To protect your hair Boots have a product as mentioned above. Apply a small amount of the conditioner to the length of your hair not the roots before putting the cap on | |||

This seems to be the way forward but I might use a leave in conditioner to avoid the constant washing. | |||

Buy one of the huge flowery caps they are so roomy or use one of the material ones. It all keeps the chemicals off. I still rinse after. | |||

"Wait till you have to try and get goggles that won't leak" I can imagine it's an almost impossible task. I doubt I'll ever have to try though, I'm a happy splasher rather than a dedicated swimmer. Just trying to keep myself as fit as possible into decrepitude | |||
