More protein in your diet. But also small production of cum maybe a sign of dehydration. So drink more water

If I remember correctly arginine helps too, you may have to read up about that, I can't remember enough, also stay hydrated as has already been suggested.

I am thinking celery too, lots of it, again you may have to read up about the celery, I can't remember the specifics.
