Wearing you underwear to bed.

I've always wondered why people wear there underwear to bed ?

For me underwear is something clean I put on in the morning and take of at night when I go to bed .

Plus hygienic wise I just feel its better to give your bits an airing for want of a better word .

Ladies and gents why do you wear your underwear to bed ?

How often do you change your sheets? I wear pants and a little top to bed mostly as it keeps my bedding nice for longer. It's easier to change my knickers than it is to change my sheets.

I sleep naked and change my bed every night takes 5 mins.. I rotate between two sets of bedding whilst one is washing and drying I'm using the other one.. some say it's a waste of water, but I just I call it good hygiene plus nothing feels better than getting into fresh bedding straight out the dryer

I don’t wear underwear, just some kind of silky chemise or nightie so I feel all slippery against the sheets! If that makes sense

What. The. F**k. Do you have time to do anything else? 5 mins to rotate washing sheets every day? It is a waste of water and hygiene is rediculous. You think we evolved to sleep on things washed with detergent and fabric softener? Nah man you'd me fine leaving it a month before it effected your health. Calculate how much time you spend a week washing. Thenthink about how much in your life you spend washing man. I change my sheets when they're dirty. Bout once a week depending on what's gone down. Pants daily because I shower daily.

I stick a wash on every morning and since I live on barracks at lunch I stick my washing in the dryer (bedding uniforms ect) I like to have a clean bed and to me a clean bed is a washed bed... The 5 mins part was to swap the bedding not wash it... I don't spend anytime washing it goes into the washing machine in the morning and into the dryer at lunch no real time lost since I'm in work when it's on cycle

Every day?! Crikey i thought i was bad when i was single i slept one night one side of the bed, the next the other side then if i was being lazy the third night in the middle then changed them

That stopped when Cheffy moved in and i had his washing extra

Haha I think I've got an OCD with my bedding I literally can't sleep in it more than once haha it just has to be fresh every night lol

I'd be happy with fresh sheets etc daily but wouldn't do it myself.

And I like to sleep free of clothes, except for warm bedsocks in cold weather. It's got to be good for air circulation around your crotch - it could be fungus season all year round otherwise.

I wear undies and pj's to bed even in summer. Every night. If its been a busy or hot day I'll change my underwear before bed then again in the morning. Bedding changed fortnightly. I can't sleep without a bra. But usually wear a non under wired one to bed. Horses for courses I think

Still though no way!!! I have trouble making a bed in the morning never mind washing it. I guess we're miles apart when it comes to discipline. I look into everything way too much and if I can't see any real benefits, I don't see it being worth my time. I'd like to pretend i would be different if I was in your situation but I know I'd only do it if forced

I've had a nipple repierced lately and I've been having to wear a sports bra to bed to protect so I'll be glad when that's healed.

I hate having house guests as I feel compelled to wear pjs for bed

Never knickers but in this weather lately, a T-shirt to keep my shoulders warm!

I've occasionally popped on a sleep bra if I'm restless to avoid the "breast clap" as Miranda termed it, annoying every time you turn over!
