" Ah makes sense.... ok then just turn off all electronics (including phones) at a certain time (probably 11 if you want to try and sleep at 12) Read some light hearted reading material. Wake up at 8am each day Stay away from ‘energy’ drinks! If you have things going on in your head of an evening (what to put into an assignment or what you need to do tomorrow), have a pen and paper, write them down then try and get back to sleep | |||

Try listening to quiet relaxing instrumental music and deep breathing. Imagine you are somewhere you find peaceful...lying on a warm beach...listen carefully to the sea ebb and flow on the sand, feel the heat of the sun and a gentle breeze...concentrate on every sense and just take long slow breaths | |||

I've done it fine since February. Would come home at 10pm and go to sleep for 12am and then back up at 5am for work. Would do that Monday to Friday. | |||
