" Ah I’m getting better at the gym thing but the HIIT classes are much too advanced for my body’s capabilities just yet. Good to know though. " Then that is your shape....you are typical English pear, with shapelier hips.....I am the other way round and all the weight come off my arse! Which is already small and never seems to come off my waist | |||

" Oh mine are at Gymophobics, a ladies only gym that’s has members of all ages especially a lot of 60+ ladies. The resisted tension machines are operated by air pressure so can be adjusted to your abilities. Ten pieces, 3 minutes each, you’re done in 30 minutes. Twice or more a week and it makes a noticeable difference. It’s the only form of excercise I’ve stuck at and it really works for me. | |||

She’s wonderful at getting me to just before breaking point. It feels great that I’m taking longer and longer to almost break. However I need the boob fairy to visit. | |||

Something else? " They’re machines that work on different parts of your body. I think someone said they were developed to help people recovering from major surgeries and illnesses. If you google gymophobics they have more information and pics. They have gyms all over the country. | |||
