Scunthorpe

Wednesday / Thursday we had the mosr snow. A little more last night. Not bad generally but the wind has caused problems with drifting and there's been quite a few roads closed due to accidents.

We were pretty lucky really.

Bloody awful here in Cumbria!

We’ve been snowed in in our village since Tuesday night, 5/6 ft drifts & the A6 closed most of the week. Bored with it now!!

It's taken me roughly 29 hours to get from London to home, got stranded last night. Seen drifts at the side of the road about 7ft high!

It's been an adventure!

It's roughly what I would expect for end of winter in North England,Brexit brings back the traditional British winter shock horror! Be suprised if it wasn't warmer in Spain

Dunstable

If you watch and listen to media it’s the end of the world. But if you look out your window it’s snowing. Can’t believe the hype. No news day

Central

It's now stabilised here, with no further snow since last night and it's warmer, as we'd had more than a week below freezing. Forecast for this coming week is going to be warmer

After reading and watching the news,I expected to be greeted to a scene out of the day after tomorrow, instead I woke up on Thursday, drove from Glasgow - Coventry then back to Stoke.

If the Russians ever did decide to invade us,they won't need any weapons, they can just turn of the gas and wait for a ground frost.
