Was meant to go to a house party, which got cancelled, and looking outside I doubt it could have gone ahead with the snow anyway! A film and chilling on the sofa! Unfortunately!

I did get two bottles of wine for a tenner from the local Sainsbury this morning, so it's party at mine

We will spend the evening snuggled up watching x files (hopefully) and eating jacket spuds. Tempted to have a drink but worried the (adult) kids might need us ... g has already been and rescued and reassurred eldest daughter about her boiler that has a frozen pipe.
