Could they? Probably.

Should they? Maybe,maybe not.

Why do you ask? Do you feel uncomfortable in that category?

Personally I think it would improve the site - a TV is not the same as a TS (obvs!) so I can see the positives of separating them and no real disadvantages of doing so?

But I guess it kinda works (on the whole) as it is. Doesn’t it?

It might be slightly disadvantageous to those who want to block or avoid all TVs and TSs. For them it might be handy to have them all lumped together.

Yes, they should have different categories, and it's a shame they apparently won't (as this has been raised before).

"Yes, they should have different categories, and it's a shame they apparently won't (as this has been raised before)."

And who would decide who goes into what category? Would it be down to self identification?

If so,may I suggest that trans women emphasise the 'woman' part of that (a trans woman IS a woman after all, isn't she?) instaed of the 'trans' and simply label themselves as a woman. That way they get the segregation from TVs that some seem to think they deserve.

They may then decide to explain on their profiles, exactly what that means to them.Or they may not.

I think they should be separated the amount of people who confuse me with TV's is crazy and it's so annoying because there is a big difference

I don't have anything against it I'm not not one of them

Personally I just want to be treated like a normal woman and I hate it when people ask me if I'm going to be dressed for a meet it puts me off straight away I just think do they expect me to turn up naked

And I can't just lable my self as a woman because of the waiting list for hormones and treatment I do still have a male body and I don't feel like explaining that to everyone to make sure they are aware I have something extra

So I'm all for a separate transgender category because then people would have more understanding that there is a difference and it would be easier for everyone

To be totally honest gender is really what you present yourself as and identify as. A CD is normally someone that dresses for the kicks normally. A TV completely different but this the whole labels thing. End of the day we are who we are regardless of labels.

Separating the ones who dress feminine as a fetish from the ones that don’t can only be a good thing x

To avoid some confusion transgender is not the same as transexual or crossdresser. You portray yourself as the gender you feel you are not necessarily the one you were assigned at birth.Transgender doesn't mean you're gay but you might be. Changing sex through surgery is not something all transgender people want or need to do.Crossdressing in many cases is about wearing the clothes of another gender.Hope this promotes sensible discussion.

I think it would be rather helpful if they did but I can see the issue going on and on.

IE. I’m not a crossdresser I’m a TV

I’m not a TV I just like to wear panties

I’m not a tv I’m a transsexual

It’s been discussed before here many times and nothing has ever come of it. Perhaps w

2020 is the time to distinguish between transsexuals and all others

Labels are not helping anyone. My comments are based on answers given by trans women and trans men to questions put to them.

a crossdresser wears clothes assumed to be of the opposite sex (most women are crossdressers so LOL) so it could be a guy wearing panties upwards. A TV is a Transvestite an older term for men who dress as women usually to act and be convincing as a woman. I'm call myself a Crossdresser personally as TV still can have negative conortations but then I'm not and expert.

At least we have a category for trans people. Most sites are still making us choose between male and female.

Yes, it's frustrating when you're full time and you get treated like you're a guy playing dress-up for kicks. "Are you dressed?" and "Can I borrow some of your panties?"

But would separate categories really solve that? I honestly don't think it would. The vast majority are just focused on what they want, which is basically cock in a frock. They don't care about the motivation and sense of identity behind it.

It's be nice if they'd sort the sexuality options out. Particularly on FabGuys, where your choices are 'gay' or 'bisexual.' I don't consider myself either.

Asked hundreds of times over the years. Review the helpful opinions given.

No, is my own opinion, as fully detailed many times. It's a highly personal and sensitive matter that should not be forced on to people. Finding any type of gender or person here who is a match, is hard work. Make the effort, if you want to

I'm a Tgirl, I'm trans and present myself fully as female, but don't live full time for personal reasons which I won't divulge on here. Hate any bodily hair on me, it revolts me. The line between TS and TV is very thin but hairy panty wearers should be in a class of their own x

This argument doesn't put me up nor down, really - if you feel a need to differentiate yourself, there is space on your profile to do so.

Don't mind hair on men at all but not mad on beards. I'm happy to play with men and other Tgirls but a hairy man in just a pair of stockings and knickers etc is a turn off for me. Just personal preference. I like my men to be men and my girls to be girls!
