Text swing to 79100 not working

Hi all.

Site support runs out tomorrow so texted swing to the normal number to get my new pin but have texted twice now and still no pin.....

Has that cost me £10 and who do we contact?

I'd contact admin. If you so get charges twice I think it just rolls on for twice as long.
