Just had a meeting with my line manager, I work on the site maintenance in a school, the only time the school fully closes down is xmas. They are now thinking of closing down every school holiday apart from two weeks of the year, and we stay on the same wage, all we have to do is work about an extra 20 minutes a day to cover us for all the extra time off, I will go from having 5 weeks a year off plus bank holidays, to 11 weeks off, just need about 10 people admin staff to all agree to it and they will go ahead with it

I will be amazed if anyone doesn't think it's a good deal.

Does it mean they can't take time off at any other times?
