Any tips on improving recharge time after Orgasm.

Unlike you lucky women, us men need some time to reload.

Fortunately it can take quite a while before I cum, then it is big and heavy.

Unfortunately, time to reload so I can come again can take a few hours. Any tips/Vitamins that could help?

I find it depends so much on my mood and just how much a particular individual has turned me on. With certain girls (and Sunday was a case in point) I can recover miraculously quickly - we were fucking again within about 45 mins (pretty unusual for me these days) - however, it probably would have taken me an age to reach another orgasm without a longer rest - so we stopped after she had cum again....I was knackered...lol ....and it was late
