"I agree with what everyone has said, the first half of this season was all set to be amazing with loads of action but it was painfully slow. Really hope it improves!" Can't see it working out like that though. Hopefully they'll pock up the pace for the second half of the season, first half kept promising action but never really delivered. "I completely missed the last season and haven’t seen any of this up until last night as I heard about coral and thought I need to watch it because I had watched it from the start and needed to see his character come to a natural end. It was a bit heartbreaking! I used to watch it with my ex and Ads hates anything like it and I don’t like watching it alone and it was becoming very slow, it’s one of those programmes that maybe should have ended a long time ago but it might improve. "Ive struggled to get excited about this current season. The rest were great. I dont know if they are struggling with what direction to go in or maybe its because we (i) invested lots of time and love into the old group, seeing them getting killed off one at a time (only to be expected in such a situation like this i guess), its all a bit of a downer at the mo.... for me personally. "The "infection" storyline does have some major holes - like all the times they've previously covered themselves in zombie innards to hide or got splattered with blood when killing them and yet not once got infected and now it's a "thing"... ...then there's the fact that Gabriel got infected and took days for it to show and yet last night they're in a battle and get infected and in a few short hours are full blown zombies. Maggie's bump is another thing. Aaron is off parlaying with the group of women at the beach. Who was Heath? Have lost track of some of the more minor characters. And where did Izekiel pop up from last night? He's not been seen for weeks That said It's still a must watch for me "Agree with all this . But I love Ezekiel. I think if she was in the room ( which she should of been ) when Rick and Michonne were telling Negan his fate , she would have understood . So in that respect the show got it wrong . Why wouldn't they both want Maggie in the room when they are telling Negan what's going to happen to him . After all he did kill Glenn and Maggie wants answers !!

Negan should have died, his storyline has gone on too long, but he is a great character though. Negan is still alive and well in the comics and his story arch is only just beginning and he becomes a far more fleshed out and interesting character. So they was never ever going to kill him off when hes crucial to what comes next when they go up against the whisperers. | |||

You could see he has emotion in him and I so want him to become a nice guy " I think there was an episode this season which gave a hint at the future (the flash forward bits)... where riks daughter was walking around the grounds and riks got a grey beared, and negan is talking to her. Even in the finale when rik asked for 10 seconds then talks about working together for a better and new world you can see negan hesitate and thinking about it. Dont want to spoil anything but if they continue to follow the comic book plotlines which they have been doing mostly. Then negan becomes a important part of the group. | |||
