I didn't have internet or email access so it did affect me. If I'm out and about in relation to work then I need my work emails to come directly to my phone.

With anything, if its something you use then when that service is faulty you expect it to be dealt with asap.

As I was without use for 3 days then I expect compensation - a new pair of shoes will do
