Btw I wasn’t being rude then... lol. Hi I was just saying I wasn’t referring to it being your profile that was within a mile. Which yes it says the same for you. Probably passed each other somewhere in civi gear

I don't think it reads the gps in your phone (which could give accurate to within 5 metres), probably goes from the position of the nearest phone mast. Then rounds to half mile, nearest mile, multiple of 10 miles etc.

So when you look at a profile and it says... right now you’re both on mobile within a quarter of a mile ( true fact) does that mean it’s likely a neighbour.

But what about when it says using your gps ... within 5 miles...

Is that user not on mobile???

U think it goes on profile details and interests. I.E. So you have the urge to meet fit unicorns, they are within a mile, giving you the impression that they are plentiful. In truth they are fab straight guys who are up for anything if you are willing to close you eyes
