Burnt/dried/overcooked rice can be turned into rice soup/congee by boiling it slowly with lots of water until it is mushy.

Then add bits and pieces such as chicken, beef, vegetable, etc., add some chopped spring onions, a glug of sesame seeds, and some sesame oil, some vegetable stock power or just season with salt and pepper to taste.

Very simple and comforting to eat on wet and cold days!

He'd have to go to the 24 hr supermarket to get all that to put into his overdone rice though Pearl, and he's tooooo lazy to even go for bread.

I'm trying to wrap some home-made broth for him now but it's leaking out through the string.

Curry, rice and digestives, now that is fucked up :D

I got 'told off' for eating chip shop mushy peas on bread with a crumbled flake and mint sauce on the top, although I may have put some strawberry jam on the bread first, but I have an excuse :p
