I said to continue with the weight loss and back under 20st hoping to reach 19 by my holiday in August.

Me too!

Apart from I wanted to lose 3 stone and now I have 3 and a half to go

I just love food and booze too much

When I have to give them up I'm miserable- I can't have misery as a constant state

Replace the bad foods with healthy ones that don’t make you miserable, then you can eat as much as you like - gets rid of the “having to give up something” feeling - which is a big mental positive for losing weight

I wanted to get the 60 day Insanity challenge done - which I’m currently on week three of! Fecking exhausted though - and the amount of food I have to eat makes me want to weep!

Mine was to take a hot air balloon ride this year.... I got some unexpected news on 3rd January though that meant putting life on hold indefinitely. I'll do it though... Its one of two things I really really want to do...

I did that a few years back. I made fun of guys doing it, then tried it and realised how hard it was

I resolved to find a way to lose weight without reducing food and drink or increasing exercise.

Oddly enough, I’m getting the exact same results as when I resolve to do all of those things
