Fancied an Omelette all day so just made a 3 egg, cheese, ham and mushroom one with a nice slice of tiger bread Gorgeous.

I’d normally like to add cheese to this but because of my diet I’m not. This morning I had chilli prawns, green chilli, yellow pepper, chestnut mushrooms tomato and onion 3 egg omelette

Souffle Omelette....separate 3 eggs...whip yolk with a little milk salt and pepper...whisk whites to stiff peaks...fold into yolks...start to cook as normal omelette...when bottom golden cover with cheese and sliced tomato...put under hot grill till risen puffy and golden...serve with crusty bread and butter

Got to love an omelette! Ham cheese peppers onions. Maybe throw in some jalapenos to Mexican it up. My go to breakfast
