just put up a new pic, yes it’s a shameless look at me thread, but i think for my age and what i’ve been through the past year, i’m not that bad, could be a hell of a lot worse of course, and on the other hand, there’s plenty of room for improvement.

I think you're putting yourself down unnecessarily. You don't have what I'd call a dad bod. I think you're in good shape.

Not that dad bods are in bad shape- just that I'd call a dad bod as chunky/ chubby.

I’d call that too fit for a 'dad bod'!

Not sure what the definition of a dad bod is, though....is a belly essential?

Not criticising - I adore dad bods and am not a fan of gym bodies. They may look pretty in GQ, but only overweight men make me tingle!

can be done through diet and variable cardio exercises.

just be realistic and don’t expect overnight success. i lost 5 stone but it took me 2 years.
