Perhaps this would be easiest to arrange at a club. There are quite a few clubs who welcome tv/ts and some hold special events for them.

The attic in derby host events twice a week for TV/TS and their admirers - Monday and Friday daytimes.

Is interesting though I have found more recently more woman are getting into tvs
