Yes, at the very least regularity and a friendship of mutual respect which to me means that some strings are granted in terms of 'treating others as you wish to be treated'.

I offer loyalty, honesty, kindness and empathy to all my friends, in the real world and on fab, and expect the same in return. I think any kind of 'friendship' gives rise to a duty of care. I'm never going to get on with someone who thinks because it's fab or nsa that any kind of disrespectful or unkind behaviour is acceptable.

I could have hot sex with a stranger I may never see again, I've done it before and could do it again if the mood strikes - but it's not something I am looking for in the cold light of day, so yeah, I say not interested in nsa on my profile.

Not for me, no. I seek NO commitment. We set off with the intention of meeting once a week-ish, he is free to meet whom ever else he wishes. If either of us wants out, it stops. If either of us wants more, it stops.

That is my personal approach to NSA, but not one off's

I think if a single person has met someone multiples times and then the other person puts an end to it I don't think feeling hurt/angry/upset or any kind of emotion is throwing your toys out the pram. I think couples forget that they have each other to lean on and for emotional support and whatever the fuck else, easy to go and just shag someone when you're purely doing it for fun. When you're a single person then it's quite normal to feel something for the person after mulitiple meets, its enevitable.

The only person who could ever know what it really means is the person who writes it on their profile....

But it does appear to suggest they could be seeking anything from a relationship to just something more than fuck and run.

Not strictly true. I know a married woman who struggles with her emotions, I bet there is more than one or two on this thread as well.. She gets emotionally attached occasionally to some of the guys she meets.

She likes meeting me, because there is zero danger of me falling for a married woman. None at all. If I tore up her marriage, I wouldn't want to see her again. Everytime I looked at her I'd be reminded of what I helped to destroy. She understands that and we are very good friends, but that's it.

I can fall for a single woman if we're right for one another, but it takes me quite a long time.

So.. Couples can fall as quickly, or quicker than singles in a lot of cases.. especially if they're just starting out in this wierd and varied world of swinging.
