Hello you lovely ppl of Portsmouth on March 19th I am in isle of Wight as a walking passenger an just wonder where I could leave car near port easy to walk to any ideas

There are a cpl of car parks near by one at gunwarf quays which is open till late

Go to gosport. Leave car in long stay car park. Use harbour ferry to Portsmouth.

I should probably stay out of this one but Gosport isn't so bad. I've certainly lived in places with bigger problems.

The obvious question would have been where else I had lived. One of which had a Moss Side postcode, which made getting insurance expensive and was used as the riot van parking for match days at Maine Road. So its all relative.

Leave your car in gunwarf car park .. I leave it here plenty times . All day parking approx £7 and safe and secure. And good place to lool around etc

Portsmouth

There is a park and ride service. When you come in to Portsmouth on the M275. It should be easy enough to get the bus in from there.
