Trying to sleep and I have a music worm preventing me grrr!

Currently have just a few bars of eminens ‘ass like that’ on constant repeat through my brain

Does anyone else get these?

What do you get? And more importantly how do you stop them??!?

I usually get a music worm when I'm at work. What usually gets that song out of my head is another song. That song then becomes the new music worm. It's a vicious circle

Am always getting them- some good some awful usually find the best way to get rid of them is listen to something else

Youre not alone don't worry, we all get earworms from time to time.

I have been known to get the Blind Date theme music or Bonnie Tyler Holding out for a hero. Embarrassing I know!

I do this on purpose! A change is as good as a rest "
And me too. The only downside is when you get a song that's not as good as the original replace the music worm
