According to research*, orgasms can induce some unusual, involuntary behaviours.

Headaches are to do with the para sympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

I went out with a guy who was a tetraplegic. He used to get those terrible and extremely dangerous headaches when he came. He'd have to take a pill to lower his blood pressure immediately after cumming.
