Checking your limber

Yes I'm a larrrrge woman but I always stretch making sure I can touch the floor with straight legs ....do the butterfly stretch making sure my hip flexors are open....stretch hamstrings (tight hammies aggregate lower back pains etc)...and other stretches. What are your must do stretches?

I do a combination of yoga and Pilates. I like to do the stretches that keep the little used muscles flexible.
