Except it didnt because the ball was bouncing upwards, the only reason that ball hit the ground was downward force

Yeah, we werent good enough to win, the furstration comes fromthe TMO is there to ensure the right decision is being made, he got a glaringly obvious one wrong, so undermines his own position
