I’m a bit gobsmacked. ![]() Brilliant x x x To put this in perspective for me, I love to cycle anywhere I go, not that I cycle far but any time I am on foot I am constantly thinking if I was on my cycle I would have been there by now. So it's more a mental challenge for me as I know I can run, I do it most Saturdays to get to the butchers before the ladies leave at 1pm. Again though it's running to get somewhere before it closes / train leaves. Really must sign up to parkrun this evening. | |||

Do we have to be running exclusively or could we still contribute to this great endeavour with our breast stroke? ![]() You are absolutely welcome to try to get fitter by whatever method suits you (provided you show no aptitude for it - we’re crap remember?!) We have people walking, boxing, cycling, swimming and, in Harry’s case, chasing women around a butcher’s shop. Just tell us what you’re up to and how you get on.
