Isn't it about time "male", "men" and "man" were taken out of outdated words such as "female", "women", and "woman". Time for new definitions for ladies.

Alternatively we all learn chinese and stop speaking english. There's none of this patriarchy bullshit 'he' and 'she' and it would be great for the economy.

I would like to say that the word female is in reference to or comes from the word male.

Originally like alot of our words it comes from the Latin femella, the diminutive form of femina, meaning "woman".

It was only due to moving from latin to a version of middle ages french that the spelling changed to the more common female

Because they’re useful when speaking to other humans to describe something/someone/preferences/needs/wants, they’re fine when used in context, its when people use them to take someone’s identity away that it becomes a bad thing, otherwise we need them to discover and explore and gain new experiences

(Keep in mind I’m half asleep while typing so that may not make sense )

French culture is a rare combination of high power distance index and individualism. It basically means that every now and then you need to burn everything down and start again. Which is probably how the french feel about their inanimate objects.

It does. Studying and living out there was fascinating.
