Does anyone think this is a dumb idea for a movie?

If anyone doesn't know what it is, it's about a teenaged kid who finds a magic app that makes any social status he types in come true. So basically, he has the power to make anythinhg happen.

The plot of this movie sounds too similar to the movie Absolutely Anything with Simon Pegg.

It did make me ask a question. If you had a magic app, what would you put in your status?

As tempting as it would be to make my dreams into a reality through a a magic app, I probably would just get rid of the app completely because it would be too much power for anyone to have including myself.

I haven't seen the film but as I only use here for status updates it might mean I get the sex I want.

Yeah. It could make sex a lot more frequent. If a magic app like in the film was to exist, it could make whoever has the app a god as they would have not only the world but all of reality at their fingertips
