Sorry to be blunt, but you'll find that the last thing most women will be here for is to be a rebound shag. Not do they want to 'show you (or anyone else) the ropes'. They won't really be interested in knowing about your previous relationship.

You're far better projecting a confident and approachable you.

When my last relationship ended, after a similar length of time to the op's fab was my sanctuary. Not to meet people but to chat shit, laugh and vent (maybe too much at times) this place is so much more than putting naughty bits together
