When I do my cooking I like to spice it up and if I do a rice stir fry I usually put in some garlic and few jalapenos then I put on some hot sauce mmmmm, how do you like it?

Cayenne pepper is a favourite spice it up ingredient for me!

Sometimes though, chicken just needs a load of Franks red hot sauce on it. Nom!!

I'm more of a habanero guy personally, definitely have a preference for more peppery heat

There's some great hot sauces out there, I recently tried a mustard based one made in St Lucia that was just heavenly!

Not hot, not spicy. I'm a whimp when it comes to violent things in my mouth

One of best snacks I've been doing is cheese on toast with a couple of chilli's sprinkled on top lovely
