If it was me I'd want to make sure before I went so maybe ask to speak to them both by phone or Skype first?

Hard to say if it's fake, but yes, definitely speak to both on the phone

Ask for the post code when they give you the address - say you need it for the Sat Nav....

...anyone can pick a street name and house number to give a false address, but are less likely to know the matching post code - though they could Google it, which is what I recommend you do to check it....
