Not forum bingo sorry

Does anyone play online bingo? I keep seeing tons of TV ads for bingo sites and can't fathom who'd play.

The only winners, in the long term, are the gambling companies. Approach with caution, and know your limits!

I used to play online bingo quite frequently a few years ago, on wink (no i didn't spell it wrong )

I never used to win on the bingo games but always won on the slots. I only ever used to deposit 10 or 20 quid as this was the most I was prepared to lose. My most successful win was over a period of a week where I turned my £20 deposit into nearly £1000.

I also enjoy the occasional visit to the bingo hall. My biggest win there was £3000 about 15 years ago.

It must be over 3 years since I last played online. I might give it a go later

Was that quid from pence, or just pence?

I'm guessing these sites must attract a lot of people, due to the several dozen ads I ser each day.

Haha nope.

It's something I have never done regularly. I have always played, won nearly every time and then don't go back onto the site for many months (or in this case years).

It is easy to see how people could develop a gambling problem from these online sites. You have to be really disciplined to stop yourself from playing and losing too much. The bingo games always have a chat room attached to them as well. You see people in there for hours on end, the same people every time you go online no matter what time of day or night it is.

Many sites don't have deposit limits, you set your own limit and can change it whenever you want. There are no safeguards to help prevent problem gambling.

I have never played when I can't really afford it and never more than I am willing to lose.

If you can't be disciplined like I am I would advise everyone to stay away from these sites.
