2 lbs off losing a stone since the middle of Jan. What's weird is, I'm not even trying either.

I lost a stone in a week once...

That was a particularly bad bout of gastroenteritis, which is not a weight loss strategy I'd recommend.

I'm on the time honoured "eat less, move more" diet. Sod Weight Watchers and gyms.
