"I cooked a beautiful piece of beef yesterday to perfection, so I’d make you what I have today. Medium roast beef with rocket and horseradish on lovely seeded bread. The restraint I have shown in not shoving it in my face any earlier is immense. 21 mins to go..." Oh gee whizz! That sounds divine. I’m craving horseradish currently too!

"Ok, here's my favorite sandwich: Take a soft, big, roll or some soft italian bread. Put honey mustard sauce and Provolone cheese on the bottom piece, with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and black olives. Then put on oil and vinegar. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and a good amount of oregano. Then put some vinegar directly on the inside of the top piece of bread. Enjoy!" Oh I’m going to have to try this!

"James Martin did a good one. Our version was this. Take a large bread roll, take off the top and scoop out the inside. Fill with layers of pastrami, salad, cheese and pesto sauce. If you do it well when you cut it open the colours are amazing. And it tastes good too! The beef paste is quite nice on toast " Sounds good! And yes, nothing like some meat butter on toast.
