If you have social meets, what do you usually do? In the past I have mostly meet them outside, like sitting on a green to have a chat or at the bus stop. I might next time have it in a coffee shop or have a nice walk on the beach

A bus stop!!!

I have been for a drink, in a pub or coffee, but I think ice cream would be my first choice!

I love meeting in the biscuit aisle of a supermarket. The company of a lovely woman & being surrounded by all those biscuits - pure heaven (and lust)

Coffee shop, cafe and occasionally a pub.

Not sure about park benched or bus stops in this weather!

Depends on the person. I've met people at the British Museum, at a pub, at a park with our dogs, etc.

Doing well. I feel like I'm missing some subtext to this post, though

I think you'd be good for a social at the British Museum. If you're around fab when I head to London to say goodbye to some people then maybe I'll propose the idea.

I think depends how long you have been chatting and getting on.

The last meet I had on here we met up for a dog walk, and honestly I think I spent more time playing her dog than I did talking to her :P

In general (not just fab) I've done ice cream parlour, bowling, museum, pub, bar, next one is shaping up to be KFC I think :P

Mostly coffee somewhere. Although my very first meet on here, on original profile, we went for a walk in a Forest, which is used by mountain bikers and hikers so is quite hilly.

At the end of the walk i felt like i was need of a lie down and my face was glowing red. He was a fast walker and even with my long legs i couldn't keep up. Never again!!

I had a social in a zoo. It was a place I knew like the back of my hand and therefore felt safe in and I figured at least we'd have plenty to look at if the conversation dried up!

Ooh I’d love that! There isn’t one near me though. I tend to meet in one of the bars round the corner from my house or during the day, I use the ice cream parlour that’s also round the corner.

Sounds like you need a visit to the "Essex Sunshine Coast"!

Beach and ice-creams aplenty here...

(Though for full disclosure, there is not a lot of sunshine at the moment)

Pub, bar, coffee shop are the usual suspects, but also walk in the park/forest have been enjoyed. Even wandering around the city shopping, and popping into Ann Summers - a good ice breaker!

Bar or cafe, though I’ve had a lovely walk down the canal in the sunshine with coffee that he kindly provided. Even though I ordered a decaf, hazelnut, almond milk, extra dry cappuccino. With chocolate. Have to teach them early that I’m an awkward sod!

Next one, I want to do laser tag. Anyone up for laser tag?

I'd totally do laser tag, I already embarrassed myself with bowling, nearly hit the pins on our lane.

Once I managed to put the bumpers up and STILL miss every pin heheh. So laser quest could be fun
