Not to me. If I didn't know in advance and felt only one I'd be surprised.

Knowing me I'd say something really dumb but hopefully he'd be too happy that I was playing with his one ball to notice what I'd said.

When I was 22 I used to get chatted up and had a social life. Met a guy, we ended up back at his hotel, he told me he had one removed.

Made no difference at all in any fun.

Anyone who finds it off putting is best avoided.

We generally expect a maximum of two, so it's no issue with one - it does help some of us get everything in to the mouth, so there are advantages too.
