So I have put a little weight on recently could this be from swallowing to much man cream lately ? As John insists it is where I have been very greedy in recent weeks

Probably just winter fat, you'll sweat it out come spring. An alternative would be to hit a steam room.

There’s about 5-7 calories in an average tea spoon full of semen. If anyone’s on the Slimming World diet therefore, fear not as that doesn’t even equate to one syn. Um....so swallow away
