Has fab opened your eyes

I used to be pretty ignorant towards sex I think.

Before joining fab I don’t think I ever realised how many people wife/husband swap, are bisexual, dress as the opposite and have even become the opposite sex.

Now I find myself looking at people thinking “he’s with his girlfriend, wonder if he’ll be with his boyfriend tomorrow” or “wonder if she used to be a man” or even “I bet he’s got women’s underwear on”

Think fabs corrupted me in a liberating way

It has opened my eyes to how controlled we are in society. It has been a huge thing for me being able to be myself without judgement...although some of the threads here... LOL

It’s opened my eyes to how many people are actually unfaithul to an unbeknown partner. Nothings ever black and white but it still amazes me.

In many ways I am more open minded as a result of my fab experiences. The most noticeable to me is how much more relaxed in general when I am when out with friends now (that are not, as far as I am aware on fab).

But yes, the wondering about others secret lives does happen too

We all make snap judgements about people, and I still do.

I just acknowledge to myself that I really don't have a clue about another person, without really talking to them.

...and even then you are only learning about what they are willing to reveal.

The amount of people that cheat, the amount of people that will say anything just to get a rub, double standards in the sense that it's fine for a man to be on here but if a woman's on here she's a slag or fine to fuck but not date.

I've had a bit of a baptism of fire, the past few weeks. First club on the 18th, social on tues and 2nd club day on Monday. Don't know where I'm going with all this, or even if it's for me, yet. Right now, I'm just enjoying the ride, and seeing where it goes.

The cheating thing amazes me with the amount guys in my local area that message me. They don’t know but I work for a really big local company so the chances that I know their partner or someone who knows their partner, is quite high. Hull’s quite a small place relatively and the degrees of separation are quite small. I know that from the amount of people I work with who know various other friends that have nothing to do with my work. You’d think they’d stick to out of town meets.

Fab has opened my eyes in a pretty negative way.

I was always aware of certain things, but all fab has done is enlighten me to how entitled men think they are to a woman's body and how abusive they can get when women don't throw themselves at them.

Never met men like that in real life (not that I'm saying it doesn't happen in real life because obviously it does) but it's not something I had encountered.

Also the amount of men who cheat and seem to think that women would jump at the chance at being their "dirty little secret"

Which is hilarious since I'm neither dirty nor little.

On the whole I've met some really nice guys on here though, just ashamed that so many spoil it for the rest.

We've only been on the scene just over a year, but as the male half of the couple it really has opened my eyes. The general view in society supports the above but being here has made me realise what a load of tosh that all is. There are plenty of women who are looking for sexual gratification as much as men.

That for me is a positive affirmation of the way things are moving. Personally think it's brilliant.

I realise thats a view from within the scene but society changes and some views make their way across to the mainstream.

Gotta say if we hadn't got involved here, I'm not sure I would hold the same view.

Agree, but I must confess to being disappointed that I've not escaped judgement here. If we can't relax and enjoy sex, with whoever and however we like here, we have no hope

A LOT of men on here hold this view, that the women in this site are good enough to empty their balls into but not good enough to date in the real world

You can do exactly what you want in clubs. You will be free to choose and do whatever you want, with whoever you want and you won't be judged by anyone for what you do.

What I have noticed is, that judgemental/angry/entitled kind of guys, can't handle it on here very long. So they disappear pretty quickly. Or the Alpha females make them disappear, sometimes in pretty brutal fashion.
