Have you noticed the price difference between gyms??

Some gyms can charge you £35 some charge as little as £16.99 with no contracts .

You need to compare what a available for the price difference really. Not all gyms offer the same

Yeah I think pure gym is the cheapest at about £16. My local anytime costs £60 a month!

It's mad how much it all costs when essentially it's just a room with some equipment and a small percentage of gym users opt for classes.

£25 p/m for my cutren gym but it has changing rooms, showers, pool hot ton sana steam room the gym before that was £15 p/m just a gym be £10 a month extra is worth it

Simply gym £19.99 a month. If you have a medical condition. Mental or physical. You can ask your doctor about Fitness on Prescription. My local leisure centre does discounted memberships. Exercise referral scheme...

The gym group 10.99 at the moment but usually 13.99 no contract and open 24 hours for you shift workers

I'm a member of 3 gyms.

1 is £40pm, the main one I use as its only a 2min walk from my house

Another £36 and 24hr access but a 15min drive.

The other £20 & has swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms & a 20min drive (on a good day from me)

The cheapest has by far the best facilities but not cost effective for me to go there everyday.

Luckily I can claim all 3 as a business expense

My main job, I'm a personal trainer.

Self employed, so can include as as expense on my tax return.

The cheek of some expensive ones have no extras like pool or saunas. Just basic equipment

There is a huge range of prices.

It seems to be the large chain gyms that are cheaper, but you often only get the gym.

I pay £22.50 a month for my local council facilities (refuced rate as I work for the council). For that I can use the gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the exercise classes. Can also use any leisure centre in the area.

Fantastic value for money, since I go on average 5 times a week.
