I have some very interesting cylinders of various sizes, a vulval sucker and a rosebud cylinder.

Acrylic with proper vacuum connectors and electric vacuum pumps. The vulval cup is contoured to ensure a good fut.

I'm currently refurbishing the pulsator on a new device that has electrostim capabilities, and a continuous drip feed line for lube.

I do have one but it’s purely for fun rather than for enhancement. If your looking to make the little man bigger. All the vacuum does is swell the area up and bruise etc

That does look interesting.

The pulsator device allows four vacuum devices to well, er, pulsate; so a two nipple cylinders, a clitoral tube and a spare.

That's an affirmitive, although most of the enlargement is likely to be due to concurrent use of oestrogen creams as a lubricant.

The vacuum effect is temporary, but great fun.

An American friend is into male 'pumping' and has timer controls etc. and swears that it has caused enlargement.

I'm placing this in the category of tying some string around your cock and dangling some weights; sure it will stretch but it's temporary.

I'll stick with using the devices on females and, occasionally, get them to apply it to their partners if they have a certain type of relationship.
